Meat Marinade
Use a 1/2 cup of Garlic expressions and a 1/2 cup of red wine or cognac.
Marinade beef or pork for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Drain off the excess marinade and grill or roast until desired temperature is reached.
Use a 1/2 cup of Garlic expressions and a 1/2 cup of white wine. Marinade chicken for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Drain off the excess marinade and grill or roast chicken until done.
